Revised Author Guidelines Effective March 2026

Please note that the JNHRC author guidelines have been updated. Authors are requested to review the new formatting and referencing requirements before submitting manuscripts.

Updated Author Guidelines Now Available Effective from March 1, 2026, JNHRC has implemented revised author guidelines to align with international standards and improve the quality and consistency of published research. Key Changes: 1. Manuscript Structure: - New recommendation for structured abstracts (250-300 words) - Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion format for research articles - Modified heading hierarchy for better readability - Appendix guidelines for supplementary materials 2. Formatting Requirements: - Font: Times New Roman, 12pt - Line spacing: Double-spaced throughout - Page margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides - Limit on manuscript length: 5,000 words (excluding references) 3. References and Citations: - Vancouver style citation format (updated to latest version) - Digital object identifiers (DOI) required when available - Minimum 15 references for research articles - Maximum 40 references recommended 4. Figures and Tables: - Maximum of 6 figures and 6 tables per manuscript - High-resolution images (300 DPI minimum) - Self-explanatory captions required - Separate files for each figure 5. Ethical Requirements: - Institutional Ethics Committee approval required - Informed consent documentation - Conflict of interest disclosure mandatory - Data availability statement required 6. Author Information: - Complete author names with initials - Current institutional affiliations - Corresponding author contact details - ORCID identifiers recommended Why These Changes?
